- Customer Responsibilities
- The customer must provide accurate and complete information about address, volume, access conditions (elevator, stairs, parking, etc.), and other factors relevant to the assignment.
- Wall-mounted/affixed items must be dismantled by the customer. Tyres (with or without rims) and grills must be cleaned or packed in suitable packaging prior to transport.

- The customer is responsible for obtaining any required permits (e.g., parking or access permits).
- Dangerous/illegal goods (flammable, explosive, corrosive, or malodorous substances) are not accepted. If such items are nevertheless transported, the customer is liable for any resulting damage.
- Payment
- Invoices are issued after completion of the assignment unless otherwise agreed.
- The standard payment term is 10 days.
- For moving, move-out cleaning, viewing cleaning, and waste handling, a minimum of 3.5 hours will always be invoiced unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- If payment is not made in accordance with the agreement, the following terms apply:
- Late payment interest according to the current rate set by the Norwegian Ministry of Finance (as of July 2025: 12.25% p.a.).
- A reminder fee of NOK 35 for payment reminders.
All matters are handled in accordance with Norwegian debt collection legislation. - For long-distance transport, invoices fall due on the day of unloading. Payment must be registered, or proof of payment presented, before unloading can take place.
- For larger assignments, advance payment may be required.
- Cancellations and Changes
- Cancellations must be made in writing.
- If the customer cancels later than 7 days before the assignment, up to 50% of the agreed price may be invoiced.
- If the customer cancels later than 48 hours before the assignment, the full price may be invoiced.
- Changes to the time or scope of the assignment must be agreed in writing and may result in additional charges.

- We are not liable for indirect losses, consequential damages, or delays beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather, strikes).
