We want to make relocation as smooth as possible for employers. In addition to our core services, we offer a range of additional services that can be included in the relocation package or ordered separately as needed.

Pick-up at airport or port
We ensure that the employee and any family members are met upon arrival at major transport hubs such as airports or ferry terminals. We accompany them safely to their new home, hotel, or temporary accommodation, ensuring that their journey ends without stress.
Welcome package
A welcome pack gives the employee and their family a good start. It contains essential groceries for the first day, as well as information about emergency numbers, public transport, and the local area. This is particularly useful when arriving on Sundays or public holidays when shops are closed.
Reception and introductory meeting
We offer an introductory meeting after arrival with a welcome package, useful information material, and a brief overview of planned services. The meeting provides a quick introduction to the local community and culture.
Car rental, leasing, or purchase of a car
We provide advice and assistance with purchasing, leasing, or renting a car. We can accompany the employee to car dealers, obtain quotes, and assist with signing contracts.
We also provide the necessary information and coordinate the process so that the employee can import their vehicle safely and correctly.
Housing and practical follow-up
We offer full administration and follow-up of leases throughout the entire lease period. This includes assistance with practical and legal issues, maintenance, liability, rent adjustments, renegotiations, and extensions. We have in-depth knowledge of tenancy law and offer a dedicated tenant helpline for rapid assistance – including a 24-hour emergency hotline. If necessary, we can also assist with the rental of storage space for temporary storage of personal belongings.
Family, culture, and integration
We provide support to employees and their families to ensure a smooth transition. This may include advice on leisure activities, education, cultural courses, and guidance on social and professional networking.
Language, documents, and legal facilitation
We offer translation and legalization of documents, as well as practical assistance in connection with local requirements.
