Schengen-/entry visa

Many foreign citizens need a visa to travel to Norway. We assist employers with applications for Schengen visas for employees on business trips or assignments in Norway.

Residence and work permits for citizens outside the EU/EEA

Registration for EU/EEA citizens

Registration of newborns

When an employee who is a foreign citizen has a child in Norway, an application must be made for a residence permit (for citizens outside the EU/EEA) or a registration certificate (for EU/EEA citizens) for the child. We assist employers in handling this process on behalf of the employee, including applications for birth certificates and passports. This gives the company peace of mind that all formalities are taken care of correctly.

Upon arrival in Norway, you are required to appear in person at the Immigration Authorities. We accompany employees and their families to the necessary registrations and ensure that all formalities are completed correctly.

We also assist with the allocation of a social security number or D number, which is key to accessing banking, tax, and health services. This gives employers peace of mind that their employees will quickly have access to everything they need to get started.

Renewal of residence and work permits
