When an employee’s assignment or contract in a country ends, we assist employers with the necessary formalities. We ensure that the relocation process is handled professionally and in line with company guidelines, so that the HR department has less administrative work and the employee can focus on the next step.

The rental property may have a notice period that extends beyond the departure date, requiring a good balance between keeping the property ready for viewing and preparing for the move. This requires flexibility from everyone involved, and we ensure a smooth process through the following services:
- Termination of tenancy
We handle the termination of the lease, organize professional cleaning, and coordinate the handover with the landlord. Utility subscriptions are transferred, and we assist in any negotiations regarding damage or defects. If necessary, we will obtain an independent appraiser. - Cancellation of subscriptions
We take care of the termination of telephone, internet, cable TV, and electricity subscriptions and handle the return of equipment. - Moving assistance
We organize moving companies, packing, and transportation, as well as property and inventory checks when moving out. - Deregistration
We assist employers with deregistering employees and any family members with public authorities, change of address, and necessary departure preparations.
